Our standard Win2PDF software supports full PDF creation, including the ability to e-mail PDF files automatically.

Our Win2PDF Pro version has all the features of the standard version, plus adds 40-bit and 128-bit encryption to password protect documents, or disable certain features like the ability to modify, copy text from, or print PDF files. Win2PDF Pro also allows you to overlay a watermark on PDF files.
Our Win2PDF Terminal Server Editions support printing from Microsoft or Citrix Terminal Servers.
How Does It Work?
- Install the Win2PDF software on your computer and it will load as a new printer called Win2PDF.
- Open any application on your computer — Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Quicken, Outlook, or ANY program you happen to use.
- Select Print from the file menu and choose the Win2PDF printer.
- From the Win2PDF File Save dialog, choose a file name and save or e-mail the PDF file.
